in efforts to reduce waste, help our planet and offer a better price point for you, the production method we have chosen is made-to-order. each product is specifically made for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged if the product isn’t faulty. while we have made every effort to ensure the listing is clear and comprehensive, we can appreciate you may still have questions before purchasing. please don’t hesitate to say hi.
