Can I change or cancel an order once it is placed?

We make every effort to get your new goodies to your door as soon as we can. Because we offer a fast turn around, we cannot also offer cancellation or order changes once the order has been placed. As we grow we will have more options to provide more sustainable packaging and gift notes. Sustainability and eco-friendly living are important to us so this is something we’re working on. Can I see a photo of my item before it is sent?

Due to the nature of how our operations are managed, we cannot provide images of each item before it is sent. Instead, we have ensured that each listing is complete with comprehensive photos and descriptions. There is something wrong with my order. What now?

While we always do our best to ensure your order is perfect, things still can go wrong. this doesn’t happen often but when it does, We'll gladly put things right. please get in touch with us via the contact form with the following information:
